Be part of this stunning off-road Triathlon taking place just outside Gansbaai in the beautiful Overberg. You will be spoilt with a swim in a pristine dam and a cycle and run in the beautiful vineyards and fynbos of Lomond Wine Estate and the Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy. Do the whole triathlon on your own or bring your friends and family to do it in a team (2 or 3-person team). The event takes place over a long weekend and The Lomond Open Water Swim (10km, 7.5km, 5km, 3km, 1mile or 500m) will take place the following day at the same venue. What better way to enjoy a long weekend and finish the year well! There are several places to stay at Franskraal, Uilenkraalsmond, Pearly Beach, Stanford, Hermanus. Book early as these can become busy during the festive season. The Lomond Wine Estate is the perfect venue with ample parking close to the action. There will be great food from local vendors, live music, kids entertainment, great Lomond wine and other refreshments available so make sure to bring everyone along to congratulate you on doing this fun challenge!
