Get your team together and register today.
• Teams will consist of 4 players – name your team and pick a team colour at registration – wear same colour t-shirts or bandanas
• Registration deadline is 29 October 2017
• Registration forms at Gunners Restaurant (Tuesdays – Sundays)
• Team Registration Fee R400 (R100 per person) – R50 towards lunch / R50 towards first price for winning team
• LUNCH PROVIDED
• Race starts at Gunners Restaurant, 57 Sarel Cilliers Street, Napier
• The race will feature pit stops around Napier and participants must complete challenges to get their next clue. Dress appropriate for the weather.
• ONE CAR per team only
• 12 years and under to be accompanied by 18+ with car and driver’s licence
• Prize giving at end of race
• PLEASE BRING (PER TEAM)
o Phone (for photos and whatsapp)
o Sunblock (for sunburn)
o Bottle of water per person (to keep hydrated)

Gestolde Komkommerslaai

 RESEP VAN DIE DAG goedgunstig verskaf deur LAPA Uitgewers.

 Vandag se resep is uit die publikasie “50 Boerekos-geregteis verskaf

 met komplimente van LAPA Uitgewers en is 'n samestelling van resepte deur LAPA uitgewers.

 

 

Gestolde Komkommerslaai

 

80 g 1(pakkie) lemmetjiegeur jelliepoeier

190 ml kookwater

60 ml suurlemoensap

2 ml uiesap

190 ml suurroom

250 ml gekapte of gerasperde;

Geskilde komkommer

 

 

Metode:

1.  Los die jellie op in die  kookwater en voeg die suurlemoen- en uiesap.

2. Verkoel dit tot effens gestol. Roer die suuroom en komkommer by.

3. Skep die mengsel in n uitgespoelde vorm en verkoel dit tot gestol.          

4. Keer die slaai op n mooi bord uit en garneer dit na smaak.

 

VARIASIE: Vervang die helfte van die suurroom met mayonnaise.
