Get your team together and register today.
• Teams will consist of 4 players – name your team and pick a team colour at registration – wear same colour t-shirts or bandanas
• Registration deadline is 29 October 2017
• Registration forms at Gunners Restaurant (Tuesdays – Sundays)
• Team Registration Fee R400 (R100 per person) – R50 towards lunch / R50 towards first price for winning team
• LUNCH PROVIDED
• Race starts at Gunners Restaurant, 57 Sarel Cilliers Street, Napier
• The race will feature pit stops around Napier and participants must complete challenges to get their next clue. Dress appropriate for the weather.
• ONE CAR per team only
• 12 years and under to be accompanied by 18+ with car and driver’s licence
• Prize giving at end of race
• PLEASE BRING (PER TEAM)
o Phone (for photos and whatsapp)
o Sunblock (for sunburn)
o Bottle of water per person (to keep hydrated)

RESEP VAN DIE DAG goedgunstig verskaf deur LAPA Uitgewers

Vandag se resep is uit die publikasie "Marilyn kuier en kook!" is verskaf met komplimente van

LAPA uitgewers en die skryfster Marilyn Gantana.

 

 

Noedelslaai

Genoeg vir 4

 

 

 

250 g skroefnoedels

125 ml tamatiesous

100 ml asyn

100 ml suiker

125 ml kanola-olie

45 ml masala of kerriepoeier

1 middelslag-ui, fyngekap

1 groen soetrissie, ontpit en in klein blokkies gesny

½ x 410-g blikkie pitmielies (opsioneel)

 

 

 

Metode:

Kook die pasta volgens die aanwysings op die verpakking en dreineer.  Hou eenkant.

Meng die tamatiesous, asyn, suiker, olie, masala of kerriepoeier, ui en soetrissie saam en verhit die sous in die mikrogolfoond vir 3 minute.

Giet die sous en mielies oor die gaar noedels en meng dit goed. Verkoel die slaai in die yskas voor opdiening.

 

· Wenke : Die kerriesous kan lank vooraf gemaak en gebottel word. Die slaai is op sy lekkerste indien dit ‘n aand of twee vooraf gemaak word.
