Aartappelgereg

 RESEP VAN DIE DAG goedgunstig verskaf deur LAPA Uitgewers.

 Vandag se resep is uit die publikasie “50 Boerekos-geregteis verskaf

 met komplimente van LAPA Uitgewers en is 'n samestelling van resepte deur LAPA uitgewers.

 

 

Aartappelgereg

 

Gaar aartappels, in skrywe gesny

Gaar brokkoli, in blommetjies gebreek

1 ui, gekap

25 ml botter

250 g sampioene, gekap

30 ml koekmeel

250 ml room

175 ml suurroom

250 ml gerasperde kaas

10 ml suurlemoensap

Vars of gedroogde tiemie na smaak

okkerneut helftes

 

 

Metode:

1.  Rangskik aartappelskywe en brokkoli in oondvaste bak.

2. Braai die ui in die botter. Voeg die sampioene by en roerbraai dit n paar minute lank. Roer die meel deur.

3. Roer die room, suurroom, kaas en suurlemoensap by.

4. Skep dit oor die aartappels en bak teen 180 °C tot goudbruin
